I am now in network with Cigna through Wildflower health. Wildflower currently accepts Cigna, at no additional cost for members. Support includes virtual appointments and in-home appointments.

The Lactation Network

I’m now working with insurance clients through The Lactation Network! If you have select PPO insurance plans (such as Bluecross, Anthem, Veterans Affairs, United Healthcare and Humana), you can check your coverage and have at least 6 visits with me covered 100%! To get started, click here.

Private Pay Clients

If you are interested my services but do not have a qualifying insurance, You are welcome to pay out of pocket.

Initial visits: $200.

Prenatal and follow ups: $100

Virtual Discount: 25%

**Tricare** Insurance

Currently, I am unable to bill Tricare for your lactation consultation. However, once the situation is resolved, I will gladly provide the necessary documentation to assist you in obtaining reimbursement.

Please note that I currently do not have a time estimate for when this resolution will occur. Thank you for your understanding and patience regarding this matter.

Fees

Cancelation fee: You have the opportunity to cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hrs before the appointment is scheduled. Any appointment canceled within 24hrs of the consult will be sent an invoice with a $50 cancellation fee.

Travel fee: My free travel radius for home visits is 45 minutes away from my home in Ozark. If your live outside of that 45min window, the travel fee is $1 per additional minute. (For Example: If you live an hour away from my location the fee is $15 for the additional 15 minutes.)
