“Jessica is truly the best. I reached out to her as she was recommended to me by my doula. I sent her an email a couple weeks prior to the birth of my baby to let her know I was interested in working with her. Side note- she takes TriCare! Anyways, the day of my littles ones birth I contacted her to set up an in home appointment for when we returned to the hospital. Well not 2 days later my baby was taken to the NICU 1.5 hours away from my birthing hospital. I let Jessica know and she supported me via phone calls and text messages during the entire time we were in the NICU. When my LO and I came home she was able to see us fairly quickly for our in home appointment. She did a weighted feed, talked to me about latches, gave tips and just had some good conversations. But Jessica was able to do a home visit and a weighted feeding and was the one who finally noticed my son might’ve had a tongue tie.
